D.R.E.A.M

Dance related exercise and movement is a unisex program for boys and girls. The class also incorporates combined dance technique with song and tumbling.

Ballet & Pointe

This is the foundation for all dance, which develops strength and solid technique. Pointework with approval only.
 
 
 
 

Hip-Hop

This is a style that combines basic jazz with modern influences including street and funk, often found in music videos!

Modern

Interpretive moves in modern combine both ballet and jazz techniques.

Jazz

This is a style of dance seen in music videos as well as Broadway shows and even dance commercials!
 
 
 

Lyrical & Contemporary

This is an interpretive style combining a variety of technical skills. Ballet is a prerequisite for this class. Also an age requirement.

Tap

Tap develops timing and rhythm in a fun way.

Gymnastics

This is strictly a mat class incorporating tumbling and cheerleading skills.
 
 
 
 

Zumba

The latest fitness craze incorporating international music styles, especially Latin into a fun "partylike" workout that burns away the pounds! (Adult classes only at this time)

Adult Pilates

Pilates tones and strengthens the body while incorporating a variety of slow movements and stretching that is safe for all ages and abilities

Adult Acting

This is a Sanford Meisner technique class taught by a master instructor.
